    Half ***** disorganized company. Bought ********* zero turn mower. Bad Hydro issue. Keep telling me it operates correctly. Not able to correct for two reasons, don't want to and not capable. Will probably litigate. Stay away from this company, horrible experience!

    Sold me a part for my generator said that it was in stock I finalized the transaction and gave them my credit card information and 5 days later they did not ship the item because the price has changed and now they want another $80. Make you download some app to track packages and don't return emails.

    02/07/25 - Ordered a ********* TS 354XD 54" garden tractor discounted by $1100 due to "scratch & dent." Paid $500 deposit via credit card and then was told it wouldn't be available until "sometime in March," as it needed to be repaired before shipping! 02/28/25 - Received call from SLE representative stating they'd oversold their scratch & dent inventory & the tractor was no longer available to me. 03/01/25 - SLE website shows the exact model tractor, also "scratch & dent" at a price increased by $951 from the one they quoted me. The honorable thing for a company to have done was to keep their word & provide me with the item I ordered at the price they quoted. The many bait & switch comments from disgruntled customers & would-be customers indicate SLE is a bad bet.

    I ordered a muffler from them for a **** zero turn mower. They done a great job with my order! It took right around two weeks to receive, because they had to order the part from ****, and then ship it to me. I called them two or three times through the order process while I was waiting for the part to show up. Reason being, I read all of the horrible reviews. Every time, they answered all my questions, and let me know exactly when they thought it was going to show up. It showed up on time, and was the correct part. I have all the confidence in the world that they will give you the same service. You have to remember, some people are not satisfied, no matter what you do for them.

    I am surprised this company is still in business. I ordered a part and it took almost 2 weeks for delivery. After almost 2 weeks I get an email telling me that they require an additional $40 on a part that cost $18, due to shipping increase. I honestly believe that they never calculated the shipping and the price was based off an old outdated price in their system. This is a perfect case of deceptive pricing. DO NOT do business with this company! Any product you buy from this company will be delayed in shipping and they will be asking for more money. Don't get lured in by the cheap pricing, because it is too good to be real. Not worthy of any stars. Don't get scammed.

    Andy was super helpful and very understanding of my needs. I am rehabbing a 50 year old Peerless Gear differential and only need a few parts. Andy checked availability with the distributor to make sure I didn't waste a lot of time. Andy was polite and willing to help any way he could. Would definitely use this company in the future for other needs.

    This is not good customer service. On February 15, 2024, I ordered some equipment from SLE Equipment in Antioch, TN. One of the pieces of equipment was a 7x16 black enclosed trailer. The sales representative told me it was damaged and the part had been ordered to repair it before sale. On February 25, 2024, I added the ******* 36BDE-BS17 36” Belt Drive E-Clutch Walk Behind mower 17.5 ****** * ******** engine to my order. I went to pick up my equipment on March 4, just as I had arranged with SLE Equipment. There was an issue with the walk behind mower. I waited there for close to 3 hours, before all of the equipment was loaded into the trailer. On March 12, 2024, the first time I went out to the trailer to start working with the equipment, I noticed rust below and in the hinges of the back door/ramp of the trailer. I went to test the walk behind mower and it would not go into reverse at all. I had to “manhandle” the commercial mower and force it to go into 1st gear. On March 18, 2024, I emailed the sales person again, after finding more rust on the tongue of the trailer. The only thing SLE offered is to send me some paint for the rust. You cannot just paint over rust. On March 19, 2024 I received a very generic email from a representative of ******* ************ ****, it simply said “Hi, Please see the attached instructions.” He sent me the instruction part of the manual that told me how to adjust the belts. I already downloaded this, figuring this was the problem (the drive belts being loose). The only thing I have been advised is to take the mower back to SLE. SLE said they would try to find someone closer to do the warranty work, but I have heard nothing back. I would have to make special arrangements, to travel to TN, spend more time and money on a mower and removing rust from the trailer. This is all brand new equipment with warranties.

    Worst customer service I've ever seen. Have left multiple messages even with managers with no call backs. DO NOT BUY EVEN A STICKER FROM THEM

    Don’t waste your time with these people . The only reason I put 1 star is because they didn’t have zero stars. They don’t care anything about you after the sell. The service department is terrible. They now subcontract out the service work. If you buy from these people find a different company to do your service work or you will spend unnecessary money with no results.

    I sent an email on Saturday morning to see if a chainsaw was in stock. They responded within an hour that it was, so I immediately ordered it. Received it Tuesday afternoon. Also saved a $100 with their coupon code. Great service!
