    On February 25 at 2 pm in the *************** parking lot a Black Van operated by ******** struck our Infiniti QX80 in the driver side around the rear wheel well area. We were parked in a handicapped parking spot with my placard on the mirror. The van was also parked in one but I didnt see his placard. An individual approached us when we returned to our vehicle and stated he witnessed this incident and the van driver had gotten out of his vehicle and inspected our vehicle. We have the contact information from this person. The Ace Limo Black Vans plate number is CB10427. When we got home I called the business and asked for their insurance information. The person who answered the phone would not give me any information. He actually was somewhat rude. He told me he would look into it and call me back. He never did. 24 hours later I called again and nobody answered. I tried again a few hours later and still no answer. Our 2025 QX80 is brand new with only 400 miles and the damage in the wheel well is minimal but I want it fixed. If the owner doesnt want to go the insurance company route and wants to just pay for the damage Im good with that. If not I need his insurance information. Please help me with this problem.
