    The first time I used Trapper Jack they did a great job and I was very satisfied. The second time they came out and checked the trap twice and put up some wire to keep raccoons out of the attic. I was told I had to pay first before they could do the job. So Less than a year later the wire was torn down. At the time I was told that it was under a year warranty. This was in June of 2023. In April of 2024 they were called to come back out. The technician identified the problem and told me it could be redone and that he would call me in a couple of hours to give me an estimate. That was the last I heard and it is now May and after repeated texts have not received an estimate. I’m a senior lady and alone and feel like they took advantage of me. I would never recommend this business.

    Trapper Jacks agent came to my house and set traps because we were having a problem with groundhogs. In the time that was spent trapping they removed 7 groundhogs, 3 opossums, 3 raccoons, and a squirrel. Very satisfied with this company and highly recommend it for any needs for pest removal. Great friendly staff and very knowledgeable about the animals.
