    On June 25, 2023 I stopped at the sonic to grab dinner for my family in ************ on my way home from work. Right after I submitted my order through the app a strong gust of wind shook the car and it began to pour down raining. Sonic lost power within minutes of me placing my order so I didnt get my food. A young lady came out to each car to tell everyone they had lost power and that if you had already ordered and paid but had not got your food not to worry refunds would be issued as soon as the power came back on. I personally was out of power for several days so assuming sonic probably was too I waited to hear something from them. On July 1st I called the sonic and asked about my refund and was told they dont handle that at store level and I would need to call ***********. Called the number and was told they would start a case and email me a reference number. July 3rd I call them again to tell them I had not yet received the email with the reference number this time I received it 230701-001350. July 17 called again was told they would forward my case to their supervisor. Called again on July 27th told the same thing but this time I asked to talk to a supervisor and was told they can not forward the calls but that they can have a supervisor reach out to me. Aug 3 & Aug 9. Same thing asked again for a supervisor to reach out to me. No one to this date has called me. I express to the people answering the phone that this is horrible customer service and that who ever is dropping the ball needs to be reprimanded. I dont understand why almost 3 months later I have heard nothing?!? How can the BBB help me resolve this issue?
