    ***** from Hall Electric came out to repair an issue with the breaker in my circuit box because my kitchen lights and hall lights would not come on after a 3 day storm. He came and fixed the issue and was out there for about an hour and I dont know how long he was on his phone when I looked out the window and that was on Tuesday. On Friday, my dishwasher was not working.I went outside to check the Circuit Box and the breaker for the Dishwasher wasnt working. I feel as though ***** should have noticed this because he is a licensed electrician. When I called *****, he said that the breaker was fine because he would have noticed if it wasnt. And he said that it must have happened afterwards.But the lights were only out because of the storm so the same thing must have happened with the breaker for my dishwasher( the storm caused both outages). So I dont believe he was telling the truth because like I said he was on his phone. I shouldnt have to pay someone on a Tuesday and then pay them on a Friday for two issues within the same Circuit Box in the same week!Maybe I shouldve known But Im NOT a licensed Electrician!!!

    We appreciate you bringing this issue to our attention. We take customer concerns very seriously and welcome the chance to respond to the feedback provided by our customers

    On April ********, our technician was dispatched to the homeowners residence to address some lights that were not working. Upon our technicians inspection of the electrical panel, the breaker controlling the lights in question was found to not be functioning correctly. The breaker was replaced with a new breaker. The lights in question were fixed. No other breakers in the panel were tripped. The technician tested all the breakers for correct voltage and were functioning properly. 

    We understand
    that our customer mentioned the dishwasher is not working three days after our service.
    Its important to recognize that appliances can experience issues independently
    of any electrical work performed. Breakers can trip for various reasons,
    including issues with the appliances themselves, such as the dishwasher, which
    is not related to our previous visit.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    I believe that ***** didnt notice that the dishwasher breaker was not working. I believe that 2 circuit breakers stopped working because of the storm. It happened because of the storm and he didnt notice it.  End of story. Have a blessed day!
