  For something that HAD to be done, it was a wonderful experience. I originally called & scheduled for Tues., but soon discovered that in was necessary that day! The person answering the phone could not have been nicer. She was so kind and helpful. The 2 guys who came were very nice and cordial. They were efficient and did a good job. Thank you so very much for your excellent work ethic and kindness in helping.Thank you!

  Wonderful Service. We had an emergency on a Saturday evening. I called and they called me back within 10 minutes. Within 30 minutes we had 2 super nice guys out here to pump out our septic tank that was full and backing up. They were quick and very efficient. I will call them for all our septic tank needs in the future.

  I can not say enough about this group! They were quick to respond, gave me lots of information over the phone, went the extra mile when obstacles popped up and very professional. The whole team from the people who answer the phone to the ones who work out in the field are friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them!

  It's not easy to find a good septic company where I live. I called this place and the phone was instantly answered and I had 2 knowledgeable guys come out and quickly go to work! Highly, HIGHLY recommend!

  Excellent experience! I was able to schedule quickly, we didn't have an emergency just a clean out but they schedule for the next day. The guys contacted me when they were on their way and arrived quickly and took care of the clean out in less than 30 minutes. I would definitely recommend Mid South Septic Service.

  I hired this company to clean the sump pump pit at the church where im employed. They rescheduled 3 times over the course of 2 days; i was fine with the first two times but the third time meant i had to stay late at my job, though they were well-aware of my office hours. When booking the job, their office said that there was a 2 hour minimum for each truck (pump and ******). They finished the job in less than an hour, yet we were charged for 2.5hrs for each truck. They claimed that it took a long time to clean the truck out after it returned to the shop, but that does not explain why i was charged 2.5hrs for the ******(do they clean out the ******, too?? I think not). If you like to be quoted a price of $700 on the phone and then presented with a bill for over a $1,000 by the technician, and then argue with the office for a compromise bill of $864, this company is for you. If you prefer a quoted price to reflect the actual price, shop elsewhere.
