      *****, our technician, and the team at Smiths Plumbing Services were prompt, professional, and courteous in coming to address our plumbing needs. He installed a new toilet in one of our bathrooms that was in desperate need of attention. He was very thorough in attending to and addressing the plumbing systems in the bathroom. I am more than pleased with the work he performed and very happy with the new Toto toilet.

      TEN STARS!! Wonderful service. Tech, ****, was very friendly and explained his findings along the way as he promptly discovered the leak problem (an a/c issue). I will definitely use ******* Plumbing in the future and highly recommend them.

      Great service installing a tankless water heater!! They were prompt in coming out and giving us a quote after our two old hot water tanks were leaking. Would definitely use them again.

      I needed prompt service and I received it. The technician explained what I needed & explained what he was doing and why. He was very thorough, did not try to make me do anything more than what I needed. He did point out a problem that might need to be addressed in the future.Very friendly, courteous, and informative.I will definitely be a ******* customer next time I have ******************** needs.

      ***** did a fantastic job replacing an old failing gate valve with a new ball valve, and inspected/replaced some of our outdoor spigots. Very professional, on time, and cleaned up everything when the job was completed. We will definitely use Smiths again.
