  I placed a large order because I absolutely loved the Narcissist lotion..Received order and the lotions have NO smell to them the candles and wax melts smell nothing like Narcissist and the smell is barely of whatever it is..I have sent 6 emails with no reply..VERY DISAPPOINTED AND DISSATISFIED!!!! HIGHLY do not recommend this place

  Love Buff City Soap. Here is my complaint. I went in a while ago to purchase my soap when they had a sale. I had my containers and they said they could not honor the refill $1 off as they didn't have empty containers to complete my order. The sales associate said the containers were in the stock room but were not inventoried. I was told I could purchase the soap with baking soda for an extra $2.00. That is wrong in so many ways as they are not losing money. I stopped using ********* for while after that experience. There is no way to contact anyone to complain as it is a franchise. I called the customer service number and not response. Learning to make my own soap. Bye *********

  Buff City Soap products are very well made and smell amazing. Hence, the 3 star rating and also the reason I have been a customer since receiving products as a gift for Christmas. I typically spend $79 - $100 each visit and the visits are usually quite pleasant. However, when I visited the store located at ********************************************** on July 7th at around 3pm the experience left me distraught and feeling criminalized.I went to the store to refill an Epsom salt container and to pick up a few body butters. While the representative was making the Epsom salt I walked around and wanted to smell the soap whip fragrances and since there was no samples on the table I assumed I could open the product to smell it. I opened the oatmeal and touched the top of the soap to smell it. When I did that the woman who was making my order stopped making it and asked which whip did I touch because we're not supposed to open the product. I told her I touched the oatmeal and then she said so you put your finger in it. I told her I touched the top to smell it because there were no samples in the area and I asked if she wanted me to buy it. At which point she said yes. I also asked if she could make a Cherry Almond soap whip at which point she very rudely said that's not available. When I went to pay for my order she continued to reprimand me by saying the samples are by the sink and there are signs stating to not open the product. I honestly would not have opened anything if I saw signs saying so.At any rate, there were two other workers in the store at that time but no customers. I am glad no customers were there because I was embarrassed, humiliated, and made to feel as if I did something wrong. As a result, I will never go to that store again.Btw, I submitted this information on Buff City Soaps comments form under request ***** on July 3rd but never received a response.
