      We hired a company called Andrew Hopkins Company in July of 2023 to put up a fence in our yard, and after the fence was installed, some of the doors and wooden poles were leaning and warped. This was unsatisfactory installation so I reached out to the owner of the business who said that they would come out and fix it free of charge. It has now been two years of communication here and there, mainly just me reaching out to see when this will be fixed, and always being met with some excuse as to why its taken so long and a constant runaround. Andrew Hopkins even told me at one point that his dad was on his death bed and that hed get to it after that. I dont believe this company has any intention of actually fixing the problem and it has only gotten worse. The most recent time I reached out to the owner, he tried to blame me for not staining the fence as to why it got worse, but it shouldnt have been leaning and warped in the first place, and we agreed to have it fixed by him a long time ago. Im not going to stain a fence that is warped. Its a waste of time and money. We spent around $2500 on this fence and I just want it fixed without having to pay anything. I initially brought this up maybe 10 days after the fence was put in because the fence was leaning immediately after the fence was put in and Andrew Hopkins told me that it could take a couple of weeks for the wood to settle and straighten up, but if it took longer than that then he would take care of it and that it would be under warranty so I wouldnt have to pay anything. All I want is for him to keep his word and fix what he messed up while still being under warranty so I dont have to pay for it and hes been unprofessional and accusatory so Id like a refund for the fence or maybe a partial refund if thats possible. If not, at least repair at no cost so I can move on and stain my fence. After this is settled, I will never be using this company again, and I will never recommend this company to anyone.
