    Worst Optometrist ever! Do not go to Cheatham Eye Care or their sister store, ********* *** *****, if you ever want a correct perception. I had four different eye exams and two different visual field test done with them. I was told that because the first prescription was wrong that all these procedures would be covered, and I would not be charged anything extra due to their mistake. Four different prescriptions, four different pairs of glasses made, and not one of them were correct! Every pair of glasses hurt my eyes and threw off my balance. Each pair of glasses made me feel "drunk" as soon as I put them on... and I am allergic to alcohol so you certainly could not say that was the issue. The issue was caused by inaccurate pupillary distance measurements and incorrect eye prescriptions. ALL FOUR TIMES!!! Worst part about it is that not only do I have a $400 pair of glasses I hate and can not use, but the pair I first picked out that I actually liked, the eye doctor told me I couldn't have them because the problem must be that the lenses were too large for my eyes to get used to. What kind of eye doctor would say that? Oh, and get this. Now I go back to Cheatham Eye Care after repeated unreturned phone calls, and not only will they not fix my glasses now that I have gotten the correct prescription elsewhere unless I pay for new lenses, but they also have informed me that I own them a balance for the visual field test. A test that the eye doctor made me go all the way to ********* *** ***** to get two different times because the machine at the Cheatham Eye Care was broken. These tests were supposed to be at no charge due to the first incorrect prescription. This is outrageous! So I urge you, if you want glasses that you can see out of and you do not want to pay for a bunch of tests you do not need, then go elsewhere. The one-star rating is for the friendly reception staff.

    This place run a scam. They’ll take your insurance for examination, but they don’t bother telling you is it will not cover your glasses? All there interested is in your money!!!! When I complained MR M***** stoped me in mid sentence and informed me that his staff did exactly what there told! Also “ I refunded my our deductible
    Your band from this establishment” Then he hung up on me! He never bothered calling me by name. I did NOT cuss, I did NOT call names . I raised my voice! ********* gave me the best eye exam I had in 55 years. She is wonderful!!!
