    The owner of ABC Fence has taken our last payment for the completion of a major construction project on our property. His workers have stopped working and have even caused additional damage to our property, which ABC Fence has not fixed (e.g. broken stones and siding on our house, cut water lines, etc.). Despite giving us his word that these items would all be resolved, the company has stopped answering our calls and is completely unresponsive. We are potentially incurring water damage to our property and may need to resort to other contractors to finish the project and fix their mistakes. We do not know what else to do, unless we were to pursue legal action. We would prefer if ABC Fence would honor their contract and their commitment to finishing this project in a timely fashion and restoring our property to its useable and repaired state. Multiple months have transpired without any activity or interaction from them.We can provide countless pieces of evidence from emails, text exchanges, written proposals, and even neighbor testimonials that exorbitant attempts have been made by my spouse and myself to contact ABC Fence and resolve this matter.

    I have made the stone repairs that my team allegedly made damages. I have replaced the water hose that the customer says we cut that was buried underground. He would like some trim work around his pool that we have to agree on and this complaint will hopefully be resolved and the customer is happy

    Date of Transaction: 10/19/2021. On this date, ************************* **** Fencing) installed a wooden fence around the property located at ****************************************************. The cost of the fence exceeded $8,000. In recent months the main gate does not line up properly due to the settling of the gate. In addition, one of the main boards has fallen off the gate. It was not properly nailed. The owner of the company (*****) has been repeatedly notified and a request made to repair and/or adjust the gate. There have been multiple attempts through text messages, phone messages, emails and talking with the company owner directly face to face. None of these actions have resolved the problem. ****** promises have been made by the company owner, but no one has attempted to repair the gate to date. This has been ongoing for several months now. I would rate the company very low in customer service. *** needs to repair and adjust the gate, or I must otherwise hire another fence company to resolve the problem.

    I had already been in touch with ************* and had made arrangements to correct the gate but must not have done it in a timely enough matter due to some guys being off work. The gate and trim board has been corrected and I hope has been done to his satisfaction.
