On March 31st Ductman was hired to clean all vents at *******************************************************************Air ducts were cleaned including the cleaning clothes dryer vent duct. During the next several days it was noticed that water was not staying hot during use. A plumber was called to check the water heaters for problems . It was determined by the plumber on April 06 that the water heaters electrical outlet was unplugged. Since only the workers from Ductman were the only ones in the attic and since I recall asking about the clothes dryer vent the day the work was done it was clear the water heater was unplugged to use the vacuum cleaner. There is only one electrical outlet for the worker to use. On unhooking the vacuum the water heater cord was not plugged back into the outlet. Ductman was called that day (April 06) to ****, company owner. He initially denied it was caused by his worker. On 04/08 a copy of the plumbers report was given to ****** who said it would be resolved. After several calls to ************* finally indicated he would have his supervisor bring me a check. 04/19 and 04/26 were dates **** said a check would be delivered in a couple of days. After no action on the 26th I called, and texted both **** and ****** and heard nothing back. On May 02 I sent an email to the company with no response. Finally on May 04 **** promised ****** would bring the check by between 1:00 an 2:00 on May 05. Again he did not show nor inform me of an alternative timeframe.I believe I have done everything possible to have this problem resolved with the business. I was given multiple promises that it would be resolved. The plumbing company is available (if requested) to confirm my version of the problem. Since through no fault of my own a plumber needed to be called I believe that the business responsible for the negligence is liable. The charge of $175.00 is the amount of the plumbing bill. I am requesting that Ductman Air Duct reimburse me for this amount.

we have been very easy and ****** nice with this customer.  we gave huge discounts on day of job and said we would come back and put up new vent covers when he got them< well when he called us back to put them up he bought the wrong size vents< so we could not do anything that day which was a lost time of the day that i did not charge him for at all. we told him get the right sizes and we will return when you do and put up the vents for the 2nd time for free...

he called we showed up and install new vent covers for free and then i get a call a couple days later , from the customer that he had to call a guy to come out and look at water heater cause was not working the guy was there 10mins found out water heater was unplugged and charged him ****** for 10mins of time.

the customer never contacted ** saying there was a problem until after he had someone come out and plug in the water heater { we never worked on the water heater
