    Had my tub resurfaced on Feb 15, 2024 and paid $575. The surface is now cracking. I have called and left messages for a call back on 8/26/24, 8/27 & 8/30. I also emailed on 08/28 and have not had a reply back or a call back. I would have expected the resurfacing to last more than 6 months and just need it repaired.

    Hello,

    The reason she was not able to reach anyone was because the office had no one in it for approximately 3 weeks. This was due to the person that was employed here at Miracle Method no longer working here as of the first week in August. I am the new office employee and started working here September 4th. I have since reached out to the consumer, Mrs. *************************** on September 9th. I explained the situation in the office and as of last week scheduled her service call at no charge for September 27th.

    Please let me know if I need to provide any documentation and/or any other information.

    May 12 2022 paid miracle method $1690 June 13 crack was in tub came out to repair Now there is a crack in tub again in two spots called the company on Monday telling them what happened there are saying the tech is no longer employed because he was not doing good work he failed to tell me that I needed to put foam in the tub before work now they will not repair until I fix which I do thinks its the tech responsibility to tell me that its not in my contract the manager has not called back if I knew this I would have never used the company

    Miracle Method was contracted to repair a crack, located on the bottom right side gutter, in the the customers fiberglass garden bathtub. We preformed the work that was contracted and much later another crack appeared near the drain gutter of the bathtub. This crack was not visible or present in the bathtub while we were preforming the work. If this crack was there we would have repaired it at that time. It is highly likely that the fiberglass bottom of the tub has degraded over time and would need to have reinforced structural supports added to the bathtub to keep this from happening in the future. The customer was informed about adding structural foam under the bathtub, unfortunately she did not wish to take our advice. We are happy to  repair this additional crack but not without supporting the bottom of the tub with structural foam. The cost of this foam application would be a charge of $250.00.
