    I scheduled an appointment to get my house cleaned 8:00 AM Monday Morning 10/10/22. A man by the name of ******* scheduled the appointment a week in advance because they were completely booked. I specifically asked ******* to be sure to place me on the books because the last time I booked a week in advance, they did not place me on the schedule. Specifically ******* did not place me on the schedule. I called this morning when no one showed up and ******* said that a crew would be coming at 11:00. Well, at 10:00 ******* sent a text saying that there was an emergency with the crew and they would have to reschedule. I called him and he said that he would try to get a crew today. I called back later to find out the progress. He said that someone would be out tomorrow morning between 8:00-9:00 if someone couldnt come today. I called back and he said that he was booked for this week and could not get anyone out. I told him that was unacceptable. This is my break and I will be working next week. I booked for this week because I am off during the hours that they work. I aked to speak to ***. *** is a manager and I never have any problems when he schedules me. He said *** was on vacation. I asked to speak to the owner, He said he couldn't reach the owner. This is unacceptable. I have wated a whole week and cleared my schedule for nothing.
