    Contacted Debt collector asked for proof of the alleged debt specifically the alleged original application bearing my signature they have not been able to provide such proof to me therefore you are reporting misleading false account. Delete this unverified and misleading account.

    Here is the copy of the signed contract with my client *********** ************ and the loan request form showing his name, address at the time of this loan. his social security number and other information. The amount owed is $516.16. This is the first of any dispute with this debtor. If he had let us know of this dispute we would have sent all of this information directly to him. He chose to file a complaint with BBS without letting us or our client know about it, It is the same person and he owes the money.
