    we leased A copier from American photo copier for 5 years, about 3 months ago we been having problem with the printer, we keep calling them for repair now it become everyday problem, one of the managers keep given me different answer finally she said cartridge we are using not the correct one my respond was we used the same cartridge for the last 3 years, and none of your tech said so. one of the ***** said that the printer needs to be replaced, now the printer not working. I called one of the managers to replace the copier since we have so many problems with this machine, we had this Machin for over 3 and half year she replied that I have to renew the lease again. I told here with the rate of break down we have with this Machin I am not comfortable with the copiers Machin they have.I do sales and lease i need copier to be dependable and working all of the time.they need to repair or fix or take their copier.

    The machine was leased May 20, 2021. Several service options were discussed.  It was decided a service contract would be their preferred option due to unlimited copies.  We sent out the invoice for that plan, it was declined.  *********** calls at that point are chargeable.
    The first call that did not include setting up scanning and print drivers on computers was on May 19, 2022. There were 14 calls since the machine was installed.  Of those 14 8 were computer related calls not a malfunction of the copier.  Currently there have been ******* copies made.
    The clients most recent complaints were of copy quality issues,those began in January of this year.  The client was purchasing toner from us we sell OEM toner - prior to this time, and we did not have copy quality complaints that would be considered outside normal use.  (We only guarantee copy quality if toner is purchased from ***) The last toner purchased from us was ***** 8,2024.
    According to the customer they begin to use generic toner that was purchased online when the toner ran out.  
    The most recent call was because the machine would tell the client to restart the machine.  This was due to an operator error.  Due to restrictions instituted by the federal government to prevent counterfeiting, copiers now will not allow you to copy checks, money, car titles or other official documents in color.  We did not charge for this call and advised client of the restrictions. They can copy these things, just not in color.
    Because the cost to correct the copy quality issues caused from generic toner would be $2000 -$2500, we have agreed to replace the machine with same or similar model for him at no charge. As soon as the replacement machine arrives we will do an  equity swap only.The lease terms and conditions will not change.
