    I had Duct Care do AC duct return cleaning. They had been recommended by a HVAC contractor. The day after the work was done I checked the new ac filter that I gave them to place and it was very dirty with dog hair and dust. the supervising tech was called and came back. I showed him the filter, he took it and said he would get me a new one. He has not done this. Two days later I again looked at the new filter and again it had dog hair and debris.I had expected the debris to be cleaned out of the duct return system, but in fact this was not completed.I was concerned that duct access ports that they cut were not taped back securely. However they did come back to re-tape.Workers did not ware shoe covers and they did track some dirt on the carpeted stairs. However I asked them to vacuum and they did.When they did come back to re-tape I asked one worker to remove his boots since he did not have show covers, he did remove them.I have asked the owner to call me on my phone so that he could understand my concerns. He has texted only but clearly does not understand my issues despite the fact that I sent photos of the filters.The lead tech told me several times that my filters would be replaced but they have not brought me new ones.Finally I feel the cost of $900.00 was excessive as I had already removed the return ducts before they arrived to work.I certainly would not recommend this company to any of my friends or neighbors and I told my HVAC contractor about my experience.
