      f anyone needs to purchase a garage door or have one repaired, I suggest that you DO NOT use Bartlett Garage Door.Purchased a garage door back in January, it wasnt installed correctly.Had to call them back out to fix it and through multiple unanswered calls and no call back for several days, they finally came back out.The door was still not right, it kept making a horrible noise until last week, the door fell off of the tracks and bent them.So as the door is hanging on by a thread, we attempt to contact them, calling every 30 minutes. When we finally do reach them, they are too busy to even come help get the door down and said they would call backthey didnt.Called every 30 minutes the following Monday, no answer, no call backs. Their customer service is horrible and apparently they do not have time to fix things under warranty so we had to call a different company to come out and fix it.
