    Contacted in July 2023 by Enviro USA/Magic Maids (the other business name they use) to fix floors, and have had horrible communication from their end. They will not answer our phone calls or emails with responses after work was completed. The purpose of this complaint is to make customers and businesses aware that they are subcontracting their jobs out and not compensating and answering their vendors. Customers and vendors beware of their unethical and unprofessional business of no communication or courtesy for customer/vendor. They still have a balance owed that is two months late with no answer. Please do your due-diligence before employing this company for business be aware customers and vendors.

    Yes we are financially struggling, but this is a vendor not a customer that is complaining. The Vendor is not a consumer.

    In February of 23 we were contracted by Enviro USA to do strip and waxing and floor scrubbing to assist them in saving one of their accounts in jeopardy. (****** ****). The work was completed in March and the balance owed has not been paid. Their accounts payable manager told me twice that the check was in the mail.I confirmed the address with her. We offered paying by credit card, they refused. Now they do not return our emails or phone calls. I would recommend never doing business with them.

    I will look into why this hasn't been processed for payment, it could have been due to lack of paperwork. Can you find out the name of the company? Also, it's my understanding the BBB is for customers not vendors of a company.

    Enviro USA was contacted many times and emailed the copy of the signed proposal, The copy of the invoice, and the emails and phone calls were excessive and would not of been necessary if they had ever paid or responded with a plan for payment. 

    Shortly after I filed my complaint with the BBB, we finally received the payment for the invoice. 

    So, thank you to the BBB, and shame on Enviro USA for not responding to requests for payment. Clearly, by their response they were not expecting to get a BBB complaint from a contractor that they used.
