      Detailed issue sent to La Prensa Latina Media:"Hello La Prensa Latina Media! I have an issue with the No.1413 where the publication date and the date on the advertisement for the Rio Market out on Summer Avenue post date sensitive sales ad(s) that don't allow not even one day of travel preparation to go to this particular store location and intelligently shop. I have shopped there before however I was depending on La Prensa Latina a lot for the sales paper information that includes the values for the price with illustrations from this particular supermercado. I hope this is something that can be explained or that La Prensa Latina will be able to assist me and my household with further as it was a grave inconvenience during this summer and on my birthday month when I handle a lot of commerce in *******. I am forwarding for both our records to the Better Business Bureau. I would like any correspondences back to me concerning this issue to be via email."

      Thank you for contacting La Prensa Latina. We apologize for the inconvenience you may have had with the issue No. 1413. All of our weekly print editions have a Sunday date, even when the paper is distributed between every Friday and Saturday. By every Sunday, since 1997, the ***** copies we print,  are settle in our 230 distributions points. For the issue No. 1413 the date is 07/21/24 but for the Rio Grande Supermercado, the special offers are from 07/19/2024 to 07/25/24, giving you up to 7-day window to take advantage of their good prices. The offers starts when the paper is getting distributed until the next Thursday, because every Friday there will be more offers or prices will change.

       

      I Hope this information will give you a better understanding of how we operate and how the take advantage of Rio Grande Supermarket offers.

      Hello La Prensa Latina Media!I have an issue with the No.1413 where the publication date and the date on the advertisement for the Rio Market out on Summer Avenue post date sensitive sales ad(s) that don't allow not even one day of travel preparation to go to this particular store location and intelligently shop.       I am rejecting this response because:

      Their response is not correct according to the information that was actually published. A lot of times this happens when the responding person from their company has a stage of editorial that is not the final document that the subscribers have after a final edit. Their respondent clerk should check all copies of the editorial final print copies to make sure the information that their office is using to respond with is accurate.
