    Several weeks ago a loan was made to the owner/President of this organization, *******************************. Per the written agreement, he agreed to pay the loan back via bi-weekly installments. Unfortunately he has failed to make any of the payments and per contract, I have had to demand the full payment immediately. Despite multiple attempts to collect the debt, ******************** has not paid one ***** of it. His reason for failing the pay the debt is being occupied with his other business endeavors. During one of our recent conversations he agreed to pay the amount the very next day. He failed to do so and has not reached out to me. As someone that strongly supports small minority owned businesses, I have followed this company as well as made multiple donations to it over the years to support the **** Robotics STEM courses that it teaches. ******************** currently has been aggressively seeking donations to purchase items to support the courses. I have known ******************** for several years and am shocked and dumbfounded as to his handling of this debt. In the meantime, I have reached out to this companys' co-founder and am awaiting response. It appears I will have to seek satisfaction via the court system. I am very disappointed and can no longer support this business based on its' unethical practices. To others that donate to this business, I truly hope you think twice prior to doing so.
