Their staff was efficient and professional. *****, the on-site supervisor was very helpful, he walked me through everything that was to be done to the home. Quotes/on job kept increasing....4 times ,(after initial inspection) !!!!!...not satisfied at all with the constant price increase....beware !!!!

Ms. ** is correct that her proposal changed. Our process is to submit a detailed estimate for projects that include precisely the items a customer wishes to have addressed. The iterations of her proposal occurred because she added four different items to the proposal (we started with then entire home, then only the front, then added washing the left side of the home, then additional carpentry we discovered after washing the home). Unlike some painting contractors, we account in great detail for the work being proposed in order to eliminate any confusion on the part of either the painters or the customer as to what work will be completed. The changes to Ms. *** proposal were consistent with her desire to define a very specific scope of wor k which did not include the entire home.CertaPro Painters of Bartlett

1 starDO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS!! They are overpriced for their work. Work ethic is horrible. A very messy job, left paint on my new floors and countertops, painted my cabinets the wrong color. painting job was below average. No care or concern for people houses; Put painting supplies and tools on my new countertops without covering them. Customer service is horrible, owner wanted to make excuses for the painter instead of admitting to a bad job. You will not get a professional job. 5 starsWe have used them to paint the inside and outside of our previous home and were so impressed with their work, when we moved we hired them to repaint the outside of our new home. They are responsive, reliable and professional. **** and his team are the best we have dealt with.
