    The contractor's online payment system deducted the total payment amount of $8392.91, instead of the partial payment amount. The contract consists of concrete smoothed around bottom face of the patio, painting frame with 2 coats, metal roof, door ****, and mesh around patio. The contractor smoothed concrete around the bottom face of the patio but it is uneven and cracked. He only put one coat of paint on the frame, using paint that I have at home. He put several plain metal panels as the roof on the patio, with screws drilled in it. The screws are highly visible and left holes in some areas of the roof, causing rain to come through the roof. I requested a refund and he refuses to give any of my money back.

    We appreciate the feedback but unfortunately we will not be able to come to an agreement as much as we would like to. You recieved all of your money back after doing a complaint with your credit card company. We had a contract and you said everything was great,  we have the conversation to back that up. Then you just decided to tell us not to come back the next day and complained about something that wasn't even completed. We Sent you an invoice and you paid the invoice you asked for us to send. To be honest we are sure this has happened before to other contractors that you said the same thing about during our conversation before we started. You canceled a contract illegally and we are owed money for the work we did for you. We wish you the best but don't appreciate lies against our company. Good luck.
