    I highly recommend *************************** with Masters Roofing for anyone in the ******* area. ****** worked diligently and patiently with my insurance company to get them to pay. ****** kept me posted on what to expect each step of the way. He told me what I needed to do, and what he was working on on his end of things. When I went to pick out shingles, I thought it would be just a matter of picking the color. ****** took his time to educate on each piece that goes into the roofing process, what he recommended I upgrade, and which upgrades werent the best way to spend my money. I really appreciated him taking his time to explain everything. I walked away feeling confident. They were prompt starting my roof, finished the roof, clean up and everything in just over 12 hours. Two thumbs up for Masters Roofing and ***************************.

    We are extremely pleased with Masters Roofing of *******. They were excellent in the entire process of getting our insurance company to replace our entire roof and repair inside damages. They called us and kept us informed of the entire process. The repairs were done on time and professionally. We love the look of our new house.Ask for ************* and *************************. They do excellent work.

    Workers were very efficient. They did the job in 1 day and cleaned up the entire yard. The ****** kept us informed. The found a rotten board in the ceiling, and they replaced all the materials. I would definitely recommend them.

    Masters Roofing was recommended to ** and they did not disappoint. *************************** was very instrumental in dealing with our insurance company and walking us through the process of choosing a new roof. Once we made our choice for a new roof, ************************* came over to organize the installation. Since our roof is so high, they even had to rent a lift for our project. Initially the project was going to take 3 days but with an extra ********* took 2 days. ****, the owner, and **** were here from start to finish and could not have been more pleasant to work with. The cleanup process was amazing as well and after they left we had a beautiful new roof. We truly enjoyed working with Masters Roofing and highly recommend them.

    In this day and time, finding a company who delivers on what they promise is few & far between but Masters Roofing not only does just that but goes above and beyond.The process was made very simple and handled very professionally by our sales **** **************************** ****************** patiently explained all the steps, our options, and answered all our questions.From beginning to end, we were impressed.The crew that came out to install the roof? We would give them 10 stars if possible!     Every single one of our review's is a glowing 5 star for going above and beyond in our execution of work and quality of services with the exception of this one single individual, who we performed ZERO work for. What an enormous waste of time and energy to leave a great business a 1 star review because they possibly found a piece of paper with the services we have provided for literally ******+ homeowners, No door knocking, No spam phone calls, No annoying emails. If this homeowner/renter is ever in need of our services or our emergency response team please look elsewhere. For everyone else reading this please reach out for all your roofing need's and we will provide the best service in ******* (other than Chic-fil-a, obviously!)

    Masters roofing did a wonderful job taking care of us. Their representative, *************, is very responsive. Not only did he ensure we got the work done, but he followed up to be sure we are satisfied. They were prompt, professional, and left everything clean and in order. Before the repairman left, he showed me pictures of the before and after repair to make sure I was satisfied and did not have any issues or questions. I highly recommend ** and Masters roofing.

    We just used Masters Roofing for a full tear off and roof replacement. ************* was EXCELLENT from start to finish. He took the time to explain the process from start to finish and answered any questions that we had. He came out to the jobsite and sent pictures of the progress. The crew came out and worked from sunrise until after dark. They took the time to address a problem area at the base of a valley and put extra flashing in that area to ensure that there would not be any problems in the future. I highly recommend Masters Roofing and ************* for his impeccable service!

    I contacted Masters Roofing to come out to check my roof after several roof leaks. After sending out someone to check my roof ****** came to my home to discuss their findings. I reached out to my insurance company to let them know that I had contacted a roofing company who determined the causes of the roof leaks I had experienced. Upon filing an insurance claim ****** assisted me throughout the process. The insurance adjuster came out and also took a huge number of photos. Masters Roofing was even available to meet with the insurance adjuster onsite to point out their findings. The claim was approved. ****** then explain the next steps. He broke down the the entire process, from all payments, my out of pocket payment, all of the products that would be installed to me choosing the shingle color that best matched the color of my house. ****** kept in touch with me throughout the entire process. The materials were delivered and the team came out early the next morning and started and completed the job. They cleaned up and returned my home back as they found it. I then paid Masters Roofing the first payment from the insurance company plus my out of pocket cost. They then submitted the final documents to the insurance company and upon receiving the second check, I paid the final payment. THE RESULTS ARE BEAUTIFUL. I have already told others about Masters Roofing. ****** was the nicest person to work with. He made the process a very smooth one. Even afterwards when I had questions, he came by to check out my concern. He looked at roof and explained what I was seeing. He provided me with *************** and my paid in full receipt. My experience with Masters Roofing was great. This was my first time filing a roofing claim, ****** from Masters Roofing made the process very easy by explaining some experiences with other customers so I was prepared for how things could happen. I give them 5 stars easily. ****************
