    Item never received. Cant reach anyone.Ordered on December 16, 2024. *** has not received package. Cant reach anyone at B A Masks by phone, email or website. Website says it doesnt recognize my email address when I enter it to find order status.

    The item was delivered. There is a 2 to 3 week general turnaround time as stated on the website.  We also indicate sometimes that turnaround time gets a little longer depending on the time of the year.

    My son's face mask has failed after not even completing one season with it. I believe it to be faulty . Facemask collapsed in towards his face. Called an email to the company. No response yet. And the worst part is there's no contact information on their website. I will include original purchase order number and pictures below.

    I have been in communication with the customer.  The mask was delivered on December 19, 2023.  I received 1 voicemail from **** that did not include last name, order # or style of mask.  We did not receive any emails from the customer.  We found out this past week that the customer was emailing the incorrect email address.

    Even though we or any other ******** manufacturer does not offer refunds after the equipment has been used, we will process a refund.

    We sent **** a shipping label to return the facemask.  We will not process the refund until we receive the facemask.

    I ordered a face-mask on September 5, 2024 - it's now October 30th and still no mask. I've emailed and called the company. There is no customer service phone number, I only found a "company" number on this BBB website. I've filed a complaint to get my money back through my credit card provider. Not sure they will reimburse? It's ridiculous and unacceptable to have to wait so long without the merchandise or any reply from the company. And, enough with the bull-sh*t about the delay being because of a third-party powder coating vendor as I see in other complaint replies from this company - as a company you should have at least a small surplus of merchandise ready to go out the door upon order. This company is very sketchy, I'm going to recommend everyone in my son's league avoid at all costs.

    Ordered for my son assuming the turn around time of 1 to 3 weeks was correct stated on their website. 4 emails , 3 calls with voice-mail recording only asking to visit website which I did, never a response . I spent ****** for a facemask , order was placed April ************************** communication since !

    We resolved this complaint directly with the customer and processed a full refund on August 18, 2024. We had an issue with our material supplier for the material required for our vices facemasks that extended a turnaround time well beyond an expected time frame.

    On March 29th I ordered my sons face mask. It has been over eight weeks since my last update on May 3rd. (We did receive your order and it is in the rotation to start the process of the build. Your mask will be built and sent to be coated on Monday. We should receive your mask back from coating on Thursday.) I have emailed, call and texted multiple time. I need this for my sons upcoming season. Please respond on the status and AWB for my order ASAP. Thank you

    We resolved this issue directly with the customer on August 11, 2024 by processing a full refund. We had a material supplier issue for the material required for the Vicis facemask. This caused the turnaround time to exceed well beyond the expected time.

    I placed an order with this company in early June 2024 for 2 face masks for my children for football. The original delivery date in the confirmation email was 6/10/24. However, I did not receive any tracking information from the company. I emailed the company twice after 6/10/24 requesting an order update or tracking information and never received a response back. I also tried to request an order update by entering my order email (which the company sent me a confirmation of my order to) and I got back a message that there was no email address associated with any order. I spent just over $650 with this company and frustrated that my children didn't have their football equipment and I could not get a response from the company. So, I did more research on the company and found their BBB rating of F. I also saw other customer complaints that were identical to mine. There was a phone number on BBB for the business which I have called and left a VM for a return call, I have never received a call back. I texted the number as well because on ******* the company says "they can receive DMs". I never received a text back. I have now attempted to contact this company 6 times via 3 different methods and they have been non responsive. Furthermore, I have never received my products. I did let the company know that I was concerned that they were not legitimate and were a fraudulent business and would be filing a BBB complaint with the hope that others see this and other customer concerns before using this company. I have also filed a fraud claim for this purchase with my bank. Pay Pal was not helpful with trying to get resolution which I contacted because the payment for BA says it has to go through Pay Pal. The company never responded to this concern either. Very unfortunate experience.

    On April 2nd I ordered my face mask for over $300 dollars. It had been almost 4 full weeks and I have not received an order update. I have emailed the provided email address for questions 4 times for an inquiry on my order with not a single response. While I understand the allowing 1.5-3 weeks turn around, it has surpassed that and your company has neglected to respond to me as a customer purchasing your product. Please respond to me on the status of my product as I need it for my season. I am a collegiate athlete and spent over 300 dollars on your product. Thank you.
