    ***** Dewitt and dewitt law are a SCAM.. PERIOD.. SEE BELOW..I Hired DeWitt Law and specifically ***** Dewitt to represent me for what he claimed to be a very easy and straightforward case of mileage discrepancy in a simple single member llc tax return filing. After being sent a standard retainer agreement and paying $5,000 for his representation. I was sent a personal poa for his representation for the hired occurance. Issue being that the *** notified him that was not correct and acceptable due to it being a single member llc and they needed one with the business name on it, not mine... after over 2 months of being sent the exact same poa literally the same no mention of my business name, no mention of the business ein number all still noting my personal info, I requested to meet with him over the phone. Literally 2 weeks of run around to even set a phone call. The best part, ***** ignored all facts and told me I was the issue... I asked simply how and he refuted to answer. ***** IS A FRAUD AND I WILL BE FILLING SUIT AGAINST HIM. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS FIRM. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY WITH NO INTENTION. Their retainer agreement shows their clear intent of never doing anything to actually represent you. To date since hiring I have received more correspondence about him not representing me without a single legitimate reason other than he is a fraud. He had the opportunity to refund a part of the money given since he literally did 30 mins worth of work that was not even completed in its entirety. Filed one notice of representation then filed a notice he wasn't before he even contacted me.... read other reviews, I am not the first, don't be the next.
