      This business took my acp credit but never sent tablet. No numbers for the business works or chat bot or email. It's a scam. Tracking number for ***** issued but it was never sent. Torch wireless is surge wireless aka surge pays. All main office located *******************************************************************.

      I have reviewed your account and can see from our end your tablet was shipped on 1/27/24 and was delivered on 2/9/24. For full transparency I have attached tracking information and a delivery picture from ***** for your review. If you file a police report regarding the theft of the package and send us a full copy of the report, we will send out a replacement tablet upon receipt of the same.
