  After reading all of the great reviews about ***********, and being new to the area, I hired them in Sept. 2021 to wash windows inside and out in my house. Did an excellent job. I called again in Nov. 2022 to set up a time to wash windows . The window washing was done on Nov. 29. We left the next day to go out of town for a few days. We returned Dec. 5. I noticed that my large card board box containing items for a bookcase( 36 tall by 24 wide) that I placed near our dining room table , about 5 ft. From the front window was missing. It was too heavy just to move easily.The value of the contents was $399 plus shipping, My husband had helped one of the guys to open plantation shutters to open screen at the front window. So, after thinking about the situation I called *********** to report the situation around Dec. 8. I spoke with **** about the missing box. She asked me several questions, size, exact location of box. She said that nothing like this had ever happened. I told her that I hired *********** because of their reviews and I had a good experience in 2021. She said that she would speak with the man I referenced who had been in my house washing windows. And, she said that she would call me the next day. I Never received a call from ****. So, on Dec.14 around noon or so, I called *********** to get an update. BTW, I was not asking for any refund or anything! **** answered the phone promptly and said that something had come up and she just couldnt call me back. Well, she answered the phone and she didnt have time to call me earlier that day or to text me? She said the man told her that he never saw the box! My husband had asked him if he needed anything moved and proceeded to help open the screens for him. So, the lack of returning my call describes how business is done when there is a problem.

  We are terribly sorry to hear that you had a less than ******************.  It is our mission to make the world a more beautiful place, and I do hate that this did not go as beautifully as we normally operate.  I'd like to address a few things you mentioned as the owner.  First, after speaking with our office staff, we have already made some changes thanks to your feedback on timely responses.  It is never our policy to run from mistakes; in fact, that is exactly why we sent the request to get your feedback - we run towards our problems to get them resolved.  In this case, we had to wait to hear back from a couple people on the crew which was the cause for the initial delay, and we did drop the ball in getting back with you quickly.  I am terribly sorry for the inconvenience.  Secondly, I also do sincerely hope you are able to locate the missing box as no one on our end reported anything to us.  If I understand correctly, the last conversation with our office left everything resolved and on good terms.  We do hope that you'll plan to give us another try.
