    PURCHASED SET OF INJECTORS IN 1/22, INJECTORS HAVE A 2 YEAR WARRANTY, HAD AN O-RING FAILURE WITH HIS SUPPLIED O-RINGS, HE DIDN'T TAKE CARE OF IT SO I HAD TO BUY OEM O-RINGS TO REPAIR TRUCK, HAD INJECTOR FAILURE IN 2/23, AFTER 2 DAYS OF CALLING HE SAID HE WOULD SEND REPLACEMENT, REPLACEMENT NEVER SHOWED UP AND HE WONT ANSWER CALLS, TEXTS OR EMAILS, I SENT THE INJECTOR TO ANOTHER PLACE TO BE REBUILT AGAIN, THAT PERSON STATES THAT INCORRECT/INCOMPATIBLE PISTON AND SPRING WERE USED BY **** AND THAT I SHOULD HAVE ALL THE INJECTORS REPLACED/REBUILT BECAUSE THEY ARE BUILT WITH THE WRONG PISTON/SPRING COMBINATION WHICH CAUSED THE SPRING TO COIL BIND AND FAIL. THIS PERSON HAS NOW SEEN MULTIPLE SETS OF MARVS INJECTORS BUILT THIS WAY AND HAVE FAILED.

    The warranty injector was shipped via **** The package was delayed, and is expected to be delivered today 3-3-2023. The tracking number 1ZF6689W0326655350 is posted here for reference.

    Here is the flow sheet for the set in question. Had the wrong spring been installed, the injectors would not have flowed properly. 

    The spring binding would have reduced the flow rate of the injector, due to limiting the stroke of said injector. 

    This set of injectors falls within the 3% discrepancy allowed for flow rates  

    An o ring failure is out of our control. We do not manufacture o rings in house and are an end user of that product

    I have never filed a complaint in my life but after a week of no response from **** via phone, text or email I sent the failed injector elsewhere to be rebuilt. They found incompatible parts were used by ****. They also have another of Rosss customers injectors there now that were built the same way. I wont use his replacement injector because I dont trust him or the part. Now I have to have to pay to have the other 7 injectors rebuilt correctly before they fail also.

    I am rejecting this response because:
