    signed up for monthly service plan and comes at random. Came in Oct., then called and reminded them and they came in Nov. and then called them again in Jan. **** time they said they had a new person setting up appts. They are not dependable but only with us as my daughter has them with excellent service. This is the reason we hired them so my daughter could give them excess to our home if we are not home. We have asked to do our when they do the service with my daughter who lives 6 houses away. I don't understand why we can't get the same service with the same employee at the same time. I believe the person that does the appointments is very incompetent. I have called and went over my contract and they have assured me they have me on the monthly plan but as you can see, they came 3 times in the last 5 months. I know this is not the service they give everyone so why are we treated different? They have my account info on file and draft each time so payment is not the problem and the last time it increased from $45.00 to $55.00 but my daughter's did not increase. What is wrong with this company? The owner needs to look into his office help!!!!
