    Well so obviously after going on and reading other reviews I'm not the only one who's disappointed or has paid for services they never received (for the record in order to leave review I HAD to give a star....not deserved for sure) I have four children who have all graduated and I wanted an 11x14 of each. I have two of the four. The other two I have been trying to obtain from Miss grub for over 2 years now. My husband wanted to surprise me for Christmas 2 years ago which we weren't sure if she would be able to do but she said that she could ...took
    Our **** and we are still waiting. He called and got a hold of her FINALLY and she said that she was going to look into it and figure out what happened and never returned our calls and still have not heard from her. We've left messages, emails, calls and nothing. The least you can do is have the decency to make things right and either do what you said you were going to do or give us back our money. I'd say we waited long enough. These are times that you cannot replace and unfortunately with you being the photographer we can't go anywhere else. It's not like our request is unreasonable, we are simply asking for photographs from a photographer.... People work hard for their money and get tired of being taken advantage of. I think it's robbery what your charging for these packages for the family's who just want memories to hold onto anyway... And then you take advantage of some on top of it? Just remember that karma will always find you and your day will come....or maybe try being a decent human being and do what you say you'll do and you just might be able to lay your head down at night guilt free....
    I sure would like my two pictures I paid **** for but if you can't handle that I demand my money you stole when you took my payment for the service you said you could do but have failed to full fill.
