    I had my vehicle Chevrolet Malibu 2012 Lt serviced there on December 7,2022 this the 1st occurrence the oil change should last roughly 3 to 4 months I had to take it back,due to my vehicle not having any oil at all in it slick tried to blame meone day this year 2023 which hadnt been 3 to 4 months they redid the oil change when I dropped it off I made sure they knew it was and issue from when they did my oil change because before Dec 7, 2022 I had no issue with my vehicle I called back today at approximately 10 a.m., and spoke with the manager **** to let him know my car didnt have any oil in it on the way to work yesterday it just quit on me, he stated they have no parts in fixing my vehicle when this company is the only that has touched my car Im reach out to better business because this isnt business this is wrong

      I have when back and pulled the files on ************** car when we serviced her car on 7/21/22 mileage was ******* at that time, I informed her that the car bad oil leaks on the engine. Now when Ms.***** called me on 12/7/23 and informed me her car didn't have any oil in it and that we had left the oil cap off and she had to go buy a oil cap and put it on her self. I told her to bring it down and I would look at it. When ************** dropped the car off. I checked the car in and the mileage was ******* pulled it in and raised the hood and there was no oil cap in valve cover. I when ahead and done a ******************* with filter and purchase a new oil cap installed it cranked the car and it run fine. But still had the bad oil leak. She was not charged for this service
