    In August of 2023 I paid company $5k to assist with the building up of my business credit profile. The company claims to specialize in BOTH business and personal credit. They said, because I opted for business credit, parts of the personal credit would overlap, so a ********************************* would make sure personal credit would not interfere with business side.To this date, ******************* has been the only representative to show ANY kind of assistance. Her assistance has been basically sending letters to creditors to remove errors, something that wasn't really a necessity for my file, because O only had one derogatory item, a 9 yo bankruptcy. ******************* initially said she would at least be able to assist getting the bankruptcy removed. even though it comes off automatically at the end of the year. As of August 9, 2024, even she has stopped returning my calls She now claims that she can't assist in that, because of my request for a refund. Now, ***** will return my calls. and the receptionist, Ms ****** has been no help.
