    I have ordered gift cards several times to go along with my Square retail system and I have already received great customer service. The gift cards look and work great too. I am placing another order now.

    I understand the holidays are a busy time for this business, still charging $25 for ***** delivery is ridiculous when parcel is under 1lbs, just contains 75 gift and still take more than 2 weeks to arrive. Clearing abusing the exclusive agreement with POS systems such as ****** and others.

    We have order gift cards numerous times from this company in the past. For our last order we received cards that had a blurry pixelated resolution. It was clearly a printer issue.
    The rep Katie was very mistrustful that there was actually even an issue from the beginning. I sent pictures as requested. Then she responded that they wanted to see more close up pictures, so I sent those as well. Communications went back and forth for a while. I thought that we had resolved that they would be sending replacement cards, but months go by and I still have not received the replacement cards.
    My business then goes through a major move that took a few months, so I wasn't diligent in babysitting them to get my replacements. Once we got settled with our move, I realize we still have not received them.
    At this point I send a message to Katie because it's been months, asking when we could expect the replacement cards because we were finally opening our new location and we needed them at that point.
    I get this response: "Ummm we have had zero correspondence with you since June 1."
    I felt this response was unprofessional and to use "Ummm" to begin a message as a greeting is just showing a lack of professionalism and maturity. What happened to customer service America!?
    I did nothing to agitate this lady prior and this was a very odd way to respond. A good customer service rep would keep their communications professional, remain even keeled, and would come up with a solution to address the issue.
    There was absolutely no customer service or resolution to assist me after this. I asked to speak with a manager, but no follow up there either.
    It is not a customers job to hound a company to do their jobs. It should have been as simple as sending us new replacement cards. Our company has been stuck with poor quality gift cards, that are quite frankly embarrassing to have to use.
