    Horrible customer service! Or should I say phone skills….I have called for 2 months. They answered, a guy named George and said he was in the hospital and would call me “next Tuesday”. No call. I’ve left messages after messages. I did get a text to say he was out of town and I could text the same number, I did, no reply. Now they’ve changed their answering machine to someone else (a different voice) answering??? They installed my gutter guards and now a storm has blown a section away. I’m not putting up with their lack of work skills and will find someone else. I wouldn’t have given them even one star, but I didn’t have that option..

    Customer contacted GGN and this was just before a hospital procedure, customer was told 6- weeks out for service ( due to procedure) we’ve also never received this text she’s mentioned and the phone answering ( voice ) is still the same, my thoughts are she contacted the wrong company by mistake and that’s the difference in the voice?? Now she says she’ll find another company to fix, tried to contact her back since my status has been restored, storm damage is not our fault, we were willing to fix but scheduling and health restrictions pushed us to far out in this situation, the customer was informed there would be a time delay, how unfortunate.
