      Website states they have an app to download after purchase of their products. Tge link on their site for said app does not connect to an app and a search via Play store produces no such app. I believe the company may be a fraud.

      Hello, I was contacted by a representative that is not affiliated with Connected Caregiver. It appears the complaint was sent to the wrong company. I've attached said company email screenshot. I've also attached withdrawal attempts.  Connected Caregiver information is: ************************************************ Their email address is ****************************** Website is ********************************

      They have on several occasions in August attempt to withdraw money from my bank account even though I spoke to someone in July inregards to canceling their "services". I have reached out to them on several occasions and due to caller ID on their end will either not answer or answer then hang up on me.

      I am rejecting this response because: 

      1. Your app was was not on ****** store. It later was emailed to me and was unstable constantly crashing and not allowing corrections to entries.

      2. After getting in touch with my sister to setup the device, I found out that the wrong device was sent. I was told that the correct device would be sent out.  Never received  nor heard anything from you!  

      3. I finally decided to not pursue anything with your company and called to cancel. I was told that I would be receiving confirmation of my cancelation. Not only did I not receive anything,  but you made multiple attempts to withdraw funds from my account that thankfully I had notified my bank to stop any withdrawal from you.  Upon several attempts to contact your company,  no one would answer ir someone would answer then hang up. This is most likely because you already know who the incoming caller is.

      You have my apologies, and hope you will let me explain.

      Our app was launched a little over a year ago, however due to a change in ****** policy around the sunsetting of the ******************* space, and transition to .net Maui, we had a few technical errors.  We are a young company, and handling such an intensive switch did not go as smoothly or as quickly as we would have liked.  What i can say is that at NO POINT did any of the emergency alert devices go down, or become compromised in their ability to fulfill their primary purpose.  Did other bugs pop up? yes, a few, but we maintained the emergency functions with 100% uptime.  That said nearly all those bugs are fixed at this time, with additional developers brought on to improve the experience.

      Next i will say our customer service agents don't have any way of seeing who is calling until the call is connected with them.  If you would provide the times you called i could dig through the logs and see what happened, but so far as i am aware, so long as you called during business hours you would have been able to talk to an agent. 

      My records do show that your account is cancelled,  it looks like the additional charge attempts were related to the unreturned device.  I have waived all of that in recognition of your bad experience with us.

      I cant go back in time and fix any of the issues you had with your order with us, I can however assure you that the issues you experienced should be resolved, and our processes are getting better every week.  We have expanded development resources, hired a new very experienced manager of our call center operations, and made a ton of other behind the scenes improvements in the last few weeks.
