August 28, 2024 I took a necklace back to the jeweler that designed the piece and sold it to my deceased Friend’s husband , to purchase a longer chain and to get a estimate value to see if I needed to insure. The owner/ designer was not in si they had me fill out my information and leave the necklace. After appx 3 weeks, I returned to check status and the necklace they returned to me was not the necklace I took in. After 6 mo I have had no response other than they are reviewing the cameras… and that response was to the Friends Family … My deceased Friend’s Family gave me the necklace and The Jeweler has promised a response to them and to me …. But nothing! Nothing! I advise anyone doing business there , to take very good pictures and have them sign off on what's accepted and documented.

The piece that was left was not the piece that we designed and made for **** *******. We made and designed every single piece of jewelry for the ******** for 45+ years and knew every piece as well as had it cataloged. We photograph every item we take in for repair, the photograph we have matches the photograph the customer took. It is not the pendant that we made for **** ******* and the pendant that was giving to this customer. We have exhausted all efforts possible at this point.
