I disputed this charge with the merchant and she denied stating a signed a consent form. I did sign a consent form however I did not consent to a "unknown" filler being injected into my skin. Per Juvederm, the image I provided them, they stated that is not their product and is unsure where the merchant bought it. Per her website, her Juvederm link goes to a US product. In addition I have had several appointments to remove the filler in my cheeks due Voluma being used in the nasailfold and this product is too dense for that area which has resulted in a half a finger hard lumps on my face when I smile and including pain in the areas. The merchant stated I did not reach out to her I did and was told this was normal. From her response I did not feel comfortable returning for her to "fix" and seeked medical treatment elsewhere. In addition unless I am mistake she is not licensed to apply any filler injection. I did not consent to any of the above. I consented to *** Judaverm and a licenced TN provider who must be present supervising. I am requested a full refund or I will be seeking legal action including reporting to the state.

We are sorry to hear that the client feels dissatisfied with her experience. At our practice, client safety, transparency, and satisfaction have always been our highest priorities.

To clarify, the amount in question($1,090) covered multiple services, not solely the dermal filler. The client has been visiting us since 2018, and over the years, she has consistently placed her trust in our services. This long-term relationship speaks to the legitimacy, consistency, and professionalism of our work. We are a licensed, insured, and certified provider. All products used are ***-approved and sourced from reputable, verified distributors. In addition, all procedures are performed in compliance with state regulations, under appropriate licensure and supervision, by qualified professionals.

Despite our belief that services were rendered properly and professionally, we have issued a full refund to the client out of goodwill and in an effort to maintain a positive relationship. Our goal has always been to ensure the clients satisfaction and well-being, and we hope this resolution reflects that commitment.

What saddens us most is that after seven years of trust and loyalty, we were not given the opportunity to resolve this matter directly with her. It is truly heartbreaking that our long-standing relationship has come to this point, especially when we have always strived to make things right for our clients. We are attaching both the receipt of services rendered and confirmation of the completed refund for full transparency. Thank you for your cooperation and support. Please let us know if theres any questions.

    Sincerely,

    Vtina Beauty

Weve reversed the transactions on our end. We provided the proof of the transaction reversal. On Monday will call the credit card processing company and she was taking so long. We did the reversal on the back end of the office. Its out of our control as far as the credit card processing goes and how efficiently they work. Please be patient with us and will get to the bottom of this

Heres the proof of reversal transaction. We did agree upon the refund. We did process it, essentially Its based on the credit card processing system to release the funds.

On Monday, May 6th we will call the credit card processing company and ask them for details on the reversal of the transaction.

    Good morning,

Following up on this matter, I contacted our credit card processing company again this morning. They confirmed that the refund of $1,090 was successfully processed on our end on April 1, 2025, and was returned to the clients **************** card ending in 1018.

For full transparency, I have attached the official transaction settlement report provided by our processor. As shown, the refund was issued under transaction ID ****** at 6:04:35 PM on April 1st.

We were informed that the customer should have received the refund to her AMEX card shortly after the reversal was completed. If there are any issues or delays on the banking side, we are more than willing to cooperate further to ensure the client is made whole.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

    Sincerely,
    Vtina Beauty
