      I stopped at two Mapco's on 5/21/25, one at **********************************************************, and one at ********************************************************************** for gas, and had realized I forgot my wallet. I could not go without gas, so I used the Mapco app's pay at the pump feature, which uses bank draft as payment. I proceeded to pay by bank draft and selected my bank account that the ********************** app had on file for me as the payment method, which was a ********* account, like I currently have. Both transactions authorized, one for $29.76 and one for $19.84, allowing me to pump gas, and I received emails within 7 days stating that the transactions did not go through. I had realized that even though it was a ********* account that was on my Mapco app, it was not my current ********* account, and it could not withdraw the funds from my current account. I proceeded to read through the emails and it stated that both transactions had been charged a $30 fee for not being paid, and that both charges with the fees on top had already been sent to a debt collector within 7 days. I attempted to call, stating that it had the wrong **** account for my payment, and they would not allow me to pay the base charge without the two $30 fees on top. I did not pay the charges totaling $109.60, the original $49.60 that was owed with the two $30 fees added on top, as I was not rightfully given the opportunity to correct the simple error and that it has already been sent to a debt collector with fees piled on top.

      **** pods were accidentally purchased on 05/03/2025 at DK store #***. The clerk was told VUSE pods but instead she gave us **** pods. We didnt realize til we got to the car that she gave us the wrong pods. We went inside and asked for an exchange and was told no, so we asked for a refund.. we were told they couldnt do that because the pods left the parking lot but they didnt. they refused to give refund.

      On 10/09/24 I was purchasing BLK cigarillos The cashier was charging me $1.49 a pack Then the manager noticed and instructed him to charge me 2.98 a pack And while a complained to the cashier That its 2 in a pack for 1.49 and that everywhere i purchase them at 1.49 a pack The manager approached witn a raised voice and confrontational demeanor to my complain And insisted strongly that each pack of BLK cigarillos are 2.98 each I decided to not make the purchase Since i did not have enough funds in my card But i have always purcased this same brand of cigarillos at other stores at 1.49 a pack So i have concluded that my self and probably many other customers at this store have been charged double For BLK cigarillos And I also did not appreciate her confrontational attitude towards me, a regular customer.

      On July 8,2024, I went in to purchase a gift card. The clerk charged the gift card for the correct amount and then charged the card again for a fee of 4.95. My transaction was approved after I put my pin in. However, due to the clerks error it was then declined on their end. I was advised to come the next day when manager was there as she attempted to refund and it didnt work. I spoke w ***** the manager the next day who reached out to her supervisor. I was advised the funds would return in a few days as the transaction didnt process however, the transaction ended up posting. I went back on 7/12/2024 to advise ***** of this and to see if the gift card was funded. She messaged me later stating the gift card was declined and I have to dispute with my bank. I reached out to my bank to file a dispute and was told that due to it being authorized by me and it posting that the merchant must refund me. My receipt shows that a refund is required yet, they will not refund me. I want a refund or a gift card with the amount that I paid.

      I am *********************** seeking assistance from BBB of *********** *********. I was injured on the premises at ************************************* back in April of 2024. I sought out compensation but the statute of limitations fell upon me and time ran out. At this time the store was managed by a nice young lady named *****.The new Mgr. is *****, he is not nice at all. When you walk into the store it's always out of stock on things, especially cups. When I walk in and we all greet one another or if someone is busy I will grab sleeves of cups and restock them. Theyd gladly thank me. ***** of course has a huge issue with me coming in the store. The homeless sit outside loitering going in and out of the store filling ice cups. I eat a lot of ice chips daily. So I specifically go to the store 3 or 4 times throughout the day to purchase ice cups. I have been threatened on several occasions by staff. I have a picture of one of the workers leaving customers at the register to follow me out to threaten and harass me. I am a big lottery buyer also: So I walk into the store to cash my winnings in and ******************, who is good friends with Mgr *****, forgot to cash my tickets and refused to give me my refund. I called the police and miraculously ******* remembered my tickets and refunded me my money. I was banned for calling the cops and to explain ******* was withholding my funds. I know two people who work there know me very well. It was stated that they can't keep any workers because of ******* attitude. My house has been watched by the young lady who works there: I have a photo of her in my phone following me to my car after I bought an ice cup. It has gotten out of hand and I have been in this neighborhood too long for this to be going on.I also wanted to add that I have spoke with HEADQUATERS at Mapco Express **** Since March 2024. I have complained and complained nothing has happened. I was promised many calls from District Mgr.

      This is the worst experience I've had getting gas ever. I paid for gas and a drink at 7:30 PM I didn't get gas to be able to put in my car til 8:30. I waited a whole hour after I paid just to get gas in my car. This is unacceptable from any Buisness or gas Station. This is unheard of to just get gas at one of the newest circle k mapco combos. I am still livid at the experience And waiting just for f****** gas.
