      Terrible customer service online and in the store. I have been buying all of my Science Diet cat food and dog food from PetSense but I am tired of all the issues and will purchase it at one of the other pet stores now. I used this store because it was local and convenient.

      Absolutely the worst customer service I have experienced!! I was told 2 weeks ago my refund was sent out in the form of a check and still have NOT RECIEVED it!!! This is exactly why I was afraid to return the product in the first place!!

      We do apologize for all the inconveniences you experienced with this refund. We are currently working on resolving all of the internal processing errors that delayed you from getting your refund in a timely matter.
