      August 5 2024 I was billed by on3.com for a monthly service that I did not sign up for. I do not have an account with this business. I turned it in to my Banks fraud division but the company keeps sending emails to me.

      This company, on3 sports, is a sham. It's littered with false advertisements and promotions, as well as an responsive customer service. The basis of my issue with this company, stems from a year ago, the first time they falsely advertised a promotion. I was a subscriber to the monthly plan for my team, the *** Tigers. On3 at that time, as a relatively new company, was offering a promotion for a year's subscription for $1. I attempted to sign up, and there were no issues or errors saying I couldn't get the price of one year for one dollar. After signing up, my card was charged the full price, which I reached out to customer service for. They said they'd refund me my money, but I said I would go to monthly, once my year subscription is up. There was no notice that my subscription was set to renew or anything, then I get an email at 2AM saying they've charged my card the $109.74 that caused this report. I firstly reach out to my bank, who tell me to contact On3, they also provided me a customer service number. I reach out to On3, and haven't heard anything back since this weekend, when somebody said they'd refund me. To this point, I still have had no further contact with ******* attempted to call the customer service line and it's not even a real customer service. But it says on the number*************) that their phone hours are from 10AM-4PM EST. All it is, is an automated service that says they will return your call, but never do. I couldn't even leave a full voicemail the first time, because the automated line hung up on me. You can't even find them officially on this site to search them. I feel like this company is full of **************** worried others will fall victim to their scams or that there are other people who have issues with them, but have no idea where to turn, because on3 themselves doesn't follow back up. This may not mean much but the money they owe me, is what I planned to use to hold myself over for a few ************** ignoring me.
