    I have been a Dreamstime client since 2013 (being a graphic designer) and I must say, years leading up until 2022 was all good. However, I've noticed a decline in accessibility after that.
    For many $25/month is subscription is already steep and while I can charge it to clients, it seems quite unfair that if you pause it, you can not access downloading of images.
    To make a long story short, I decided yesterday to just download ALL my available downloads and close my account (I had to send an email to which I have not received any response as of late) and for some reason when I reached about the 60th download, I was either getting bumped off from the site or I couldn't smoothly proceed in selecting images. I had to refresh a few times. When I couldn't download anymore, I re-logged and did the "download again" option for individual images which ironically showed were mostly downloaded. I only reached downloading 78 images which means DREAMSTIME owes me 55 images more!!!
    Kindly rectify the situation as I need not BUY Credits or get a SUBSCRIPTION anymore as I am owed 55 downloads.
    One other thing, I was asking your support team to help with an email change four times and they kept asking for supporting documents as if one was defending oneself to a consul ??

    I strongly caution anyone considering using Dreamstime LLC—my experience with them was nothing short of a nightmare.
    Let’s start with their advertising. It’s misleading and deceptive. The language in their promotions is vague and confusing, leaving you with the wrong impression of what you’re actually getting. I was under the impression I was purchasing a certain service, only to find out that what I received was completely different. When I called customer service to address the issue, I was met with frustration instead of help.
    Dreamstime did eventually reimburse me, but the customer service experience was appalling. Tom T********, the representative I spoke with, refused to listen to my concerns. Every time I tried to explain my frustration, he kept interrupting me, raising his voice, and dismissing what I had to say. It was clear that he had no interest in resolving the issue or offering an apology. Instead of trying to understand my concerns or find a solution, he made me feel belittled and disrespected.
    Tom admitted that other customers had similar complaints, which showed me that this wasn’t a one-off problem but a recurring issue with Dreamstime’s advertising. If a company’s promotions are consistently misleading, that’s a massive problem. Dreamstime needs to take responsibility for how they communicate with their customers.
    At this point, I will never use Dreamstime again, and I strongly advise others to avoid them. The combination of misleading advertising, lack of accountability, and poor customer service is unacceptable. There are many other companies out there that care about their customers, offer clear and honest services, and treat their clients with respect. Dreamstime is not one of them, and I regret wasting my time and money on them.

    Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear about your experience. it is my understanding that we had already refunded you before you called in. The offer you had signed up for is the free trial and it is stated there it is for watermarked images, unless you upgrade.
    The free trial includes 15 high resolution watermarked files for testing purposes.
    You can cancel before the week is up and not be charged or you can upgrade for a charge and receive the files without watermarks ( the 15 for free and the 15 you paid for).
    It’s quite a great deal considering our plan for only 5 images is $25. This plan gets you 30 for the same price!

    To all nonprofits - DO NOT USE Dreamstime. They are harassing a nonprofit I work for with a false claim over a photo the nonprofit purchased from them 6 years ago. They claim that the nonprofit did not purchase the rights to the photo used on the nonprofit's website. The nonprofit has sent them the invoice (marked paid with their company's logo stamp) two times and a screen capture of where Dreamstime allowed the photo to be downloaded. The only response received is the same jargon from a lawyer licensed to practice law in Florida. Dreamstime offers no acknowledgment of the documents the nonprofit sent them.
    Save yourself time and hassle. DO NOT USE Dreamstime if you don't want your limited time and other resources squandered by scammers.

    0 transparency and shady business practices I went to subscribe to the free trial and realized they auto set me to the 94.98 a month plan and charged my card on that plan for 3 months without notifying me. When I went to do a chargeback at my bank they deleted any account without warning which got rid of my remaining image credits. they also don't allow you to remove your debit/credit card once you add one in. Completely unethical and as total scam never use their website use ***** instead.

    This customer never signed up for a free trial. A paid subscription was purchased from the start and was used each month. You can always turn the subscription off any time from your account and contact us to have the card removed. It is very simple. In regards to your downloads, you used the subscription each month and then placed a chargeback at your bank for a subscription that had been used. We cannot provide you the downloads for something you placed a chargeback on at your bank.

    Wide variety of images, good value subscriptions. Images tend to be by European photographers so sometimes the models don’t fit with the North American style. But I can almost always find quality images that work for my projects. And I don’t often see these images around in other work. I’ve been a customer for many years. I used to sell my pics here too but have moved away from creating images.

    4.5 Love your images and I use them for our prayer ministry! I wish that you would format Dreamstime online to include more images per page... if our subject area has 200 images you select for 1 theme it's virtually impossible to scroll thru them all within 1 hour...aside from that, your site offers excellent images.
