    Received phone call 11/14/24 from Care ******* stating that my doctor has requested that all ******** patients be enrolled with Care *******'s program. The caller briefly covered what their program was and asked if I was interested in enrolling. I replied I don't understand why I should be in the program, but if that's what doctor would like then ok. Then I asked is there a cost to me and the caller couldn't answer that question then stated an assigned nurse would be contacting me the same day to review and answer my questions. No one called and mean time I looked at Care *******'s website and realized their program is for those who are chronically ill. They called today 11/20/24 and I told them I don't know why I should be in their program but take me off their list. They said they canceled my enrollment but i would still be enrolled until the end of December and they were not sure of the charges!!! I told them there better not me any charges, called them scamer's and I hung up.

    We offered our services to Mr. ******** on behalf of his doctor, with whom we have a contract to provide such services. Mr. ******** declined those services, and no charges were ever created or billed.

    I will accept Care ******* response solely as written documentation that there are no charges to me, however I believe they have committed fraud!

    1. My Doctor says there is no contract with ************ as they stated to the BBB.

    2. My Doctor did not make any request for Care ******* to contact his patients 

    3. I thank the Tenn. BBB for assisting me in this matter.

    4. I will be reporting ******** Fraud
