    This is the worst customer service repair situation I’ve ever been through. Didn’t mind charging $6,500 for front doors that are still under warranty. Lock mechanism broke inside the door. They claim they’re the only ones to who can service it, but nothing has been repaired since our call to them in September. Numerous attempts on our part. The service desk located in Knoxville won’t even answer the phone. One excuse after another. Do not buy anything from this company in Brentwood.
