    Website states, TOP NOTCH ******************* this has determined to be a lie. Horrible experience. Very disappointed. Will not use this company again. Communication is almost non-existent. Recommend *********, a parts provider that actually cares about its customers.

    I needed a new main board for my ****** The product arrived promptly and was exactly as pictured/described. Great customer service! Will do business with this company in the future!!

    I needed a new power board for an older flat screen TV. I found the one I needed on their web site, but I was a bit hesitant because I had never heard of this company. Looked them up on BBB and decided to pull the trigger and I am glad I did. The board was shipped quickly and was packaged with great care and best of all, the price was hard to beat. Very pleased with this transaction and they will be my first go to next time I need a replacement board for any of my electronics.

    I am totally pleased with this company and pleased with myself for selecting them to fill my purchase request. There is always a degree of uncertainty when purchasing used electronic circuit boards from an unknown company. This company had an A+ BBB rating and that was just somewhat reassuring. I ordered my used board on Monday, arrived three hours ago, installed, and totally restored my dead 55-inch ****** The price of the board from Short Circuit Solution and an hour of simple work(?) saved me over $1,000 compared to purchasing a new 55 inch. I could not have managed it without the price, packaging, and rapid shipping of SCS. So many companies ***** by charging high "Handling" costs coupled to shipping. SCS was so fair. Only shipping. Not another 15 or 20 bucks for "handling". The price was unbeatable by others. Their return policy was the clincher. Sure... I would lose the shipping and have to pay for return shipping. I would lose 20% for restocking fee. But everything else was so reasonable that I wasn't deterred in the slightest. They also made tracking easy. My hat is off to them. This 30-year USAF Electronics Veteran is off to watch some TV.
