    The dispute is over the motor not running correctly. The motor has been in the shop a total of 3 times , the first time was around 2 months , second was 2 weeks , 3rd time was 6 weeks and ***** ******* (TMBC service manager) has repeatedly lied to me that they were working on it and the things they have found that is defective but was never corrected while the motor was under warrenty , now that the warrenty ran out in May of 2023 the same issues are still there and wants me to pay for things they don't even know will fix it. There has not been any attemp to replace the motor while it was under warrenty and now I am left with a ( NON-OPERATIONAL) motor *** ******* qouted to me as I picked my boat up August 22nd 2023. There is also questions if this boat and motor was previously USED and sold to me as NEW? There are also questions about the title and FEE's that were charged they was recently sued over. While witnessing myself the first attempt torepair it they had no tools or test equipment to work with as the same this last time they had it in the shop. I paid appox. $**** for a motor that has serious running issues and NOT SAFE to operate on water. I feel they owe me what I paid for which was a new motor in perfect running condition on water as there is no help available as is on land.

    We were able to assist ** ******** with his repairs. We have ordered a new power head and are taking care of the costs as a Goodwill jesture or appeasement. We hope the parts will arrive in the next week or so and we will do everything we can to get it completed in a timly manner.

    *** ****** * please close this case with the BBB as I have filed a legal claim with the court to handle it from here. As of today 10/17/2023 it has been filed in the Civil Court.
