    I paid d $8875.00 for Trent & Terrance Burress, Contractors, to install new appliances: 3 water heaters, 4 washer dryer stacks, and a stove oven at my rental property at ***** ***** and **** ***** **** **** ***** ***** ** ******  I told them verbally to please put owner manuals/papers in kitchen drawer at home (**** ***** **** **y) & to tell me how to get into "locked case" for gas water heaters or leave key or combination to case. And I asked for written receipt of my payments for tax file. (They made mistake and ordered too large stove and have not cut counter top for it to fit or reordered correct size either for 4509.). I also called and got yawns. I also sent these requests in writing via text 1/7/23. The give no response and all this work first started in late October 2022.

    To the complaint filed 01/14/2023 id ********* complainant statement of all paperwork was to be placed in the kitchen drawer however these items had to be left with each tenant of the apartments due to them needing to read each manual to operate each unit. The outdoor water heater units could not be in cased due to manufactures warranty and operational guidelines that the unit must have 2 feet of opening to each side and to the front of the units. As to the Yawns they were yawns due to the exhaustion form having the flue not to ignore the respondent. The work did begin in late October 2022 and meetings with other contractors took place for other bids on the work. The supplies were ordered the first week of November and did not arrive until the week of Thanksgiving. All recipients of supplies were sent via email to complainant by Lowes at purchase of supplies. an invoice was sent to complainant via email at completion in December.
