    I am filing this complaint regarding my recent experience with Fabricraft, Inc. in Bristol, Tennessee, on [Date]. As part of my role in evaluating subcontractors for potential business opportunities, I reached out to the company to inquire about the appropriate contact person for discussing possible work.
    During my initial call, I was mid-conversation when the call was unexpectedly disconnected. Understanding that technical issues can sometimes occur, I called back to confirm if it was an accidental disconnection. However, when I reintroduced myself and stated that we might have been disconnected, the person on the other end responded rudely with, "We ain't interested in new business," and abruptly ended the call.
    This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable for any business. At a minimum, companies should conduct themselves with courtesy and professionalism when receiving inquiries. Simply hanging up on a caller mid-conversation—without reason or explanation—is not only disrespectful but also reflects poorly on their customer service and business practices.
    I am submitting this complaint to the Better Business Bureau to formally document this issue and to make others aware of the company’s lack of professionalism. I would appreciate any follow-up regarding this matter and any potential actions that can be taken to address it.
