    I purchased a new car from Camden Chevrolet. The general manager took my phone during the process of getting me financed and said let's try something. I thought he was still trying to get me financed for the car but instead he was on Dignifi. I've never heard of them until now. It was never explained to me or I would have walked away from the deal that we had. Now I have 2 loans for my car to pay for. I would have never accepted another loan on top of my car loan especially one at 33% interest! When I called the dealership i spoke to the car sales manager only to get laughed at and hung up on when things got heated after he called me a liar. I love my new car but now I have 2 loans to pay for it and just simply can not afford to enjoy it. Honestly, I do not think that I should be responsible for this Dignifi loan but unfortunately it will go against my credit it i don't pay it. That general manager that applied my information to Dignifi should be responsible for it! Purchase date 11/08/24 purchase price $26,944.24 plus the loan from Dignifi of $1,200 @ 33% interest rate.

    We brought our truck in to have the rotors looked at they did not need to be replaced they were shaved instead. We asked them to look at the brakes, if they did not need to be replaced not to replace them. If the brakes were to be replaced then the fluid was approved to be changed as well. We were advised over the phone that the brakes did not need to be replaced. When I went to pay for the service it was over $500. I asked how that price was broken down as it seemed high. I was advised of the two axels that had been shaved and that the brake fluid was replaced. Since the brakes were not replaced I am not sure why the brake fluid was replaced. We never asked for that nor did we give consent to do that. ****** stated "well this has to be done every 3 years anyways." That is something that they should have asked if we wanted done then. You don't just take the liberty to do a service costing over $100. We are just seeking the money back that was paid towards the brake fluid as we did not ask for that to be serviced. This was extremely shady.

    The gentleman brought his truck in and requested that we replace the front and rear brake pads and machine the rotors. Customer was told it was overdue recommended maintenance to have a brake fluid service. Customer signed a service order to perform these items. Upon inspection, it was discovered that the pads did not need replacement, the rotors just needed machining. A call was placed and customer agreed. Saving $150.00 they had agreed to pay. A shady or unscrupulous business would have done the work approved, therefore charging for an item not required. The work was performed as stated and obviously corrected the issue. Again, worked that was approved and authorized by the customer. 

    I have attached the service order authorizing the work, the repair order of the completed job, and the response from our service manager to the original customer complaint.     m very dissatisfied with my experience at Camden Chevrolet. I recently bought a 2020 ****** Armada off their lot and noticed a small crack in the windshield before purchasing which they agreed to replace. After 4 trips back up there they finally replaced the windshield but somehow messed up the rain sensor so my wipers dont operate properly and now theyre refusing to fix what they broke. Im so disappointed a local dealership wouldnt take better care of their customers and fix anything they damaged during a service appointment.
