    ? I would highly recommend Les Norris Roofing for your repairs or full replacement.
    I requested quotes and evaluation from a few BBB accredited roofers in our area. We had many missing shingles and granular loss. Recent storms have definitely taken a toll.
    Scheduling was easy and flexible thanks to Barb. By far, Les impressed us with his honest evaluation. Both he and Cole arrived on time and quickly got to work. They were able to show us in detail things we could not easily see from the ground (hail damage).
    He provided an estimate with needed code updates. Plus he was able to answer questions about various roofing options and changes we discussed regarding the feasibility of a ridge vent instead of passive 12x12 vents. We also requested a quote for new gutters and downspouts.
    The quotes were definitely reasonable. There was no hard sell or pressure to sign immediately.
    The installation and clean up went smoothly. Both the roofing crew and gutter crew were careful to protect our property and landscaping. Both Les and Cole were onsite each day with Cole staying onsite the entire day to oversee the roofing work.
    Finding a locally owned business that does the job right, stands by their work, and makes the process painless is getting harder to find. Communication was easy and clear through the entire job.
    Les and his team are great. I’d recommend them in a heartbeat.
